- Open WhatsApp and select the BuyChat conversation.
- Tap the camera icon to capture a clear photo of your receipt (or the shelf label if you want to check that price).
- Make sure the entire receipt or label is visible and well-lit—avoid shadows or folds that could obscure text.
- Hit send, and that’s it! BuyChat will automatically process the photo and get back to you with the relevant information.
